Hence, it is important to read and understand the terms and conditions thoroughly before you purchase a ticket or make a booking. Here are the terms and conditions that you need to know before you make a booking for Dubai Safari Park through our portal:

1. Pricing

The pricing of the packages and tickets available on this page is economical. The prices mentioned here are on a per head basis. In most cases, it does not include additional charges like cost of food and drinks, passport or visa fee, tips, room services, laundry services, etc. If these are included in the fee, it would be mentioned on the page. Moreover, the prices mentioned on the page are subject to change without any prior notification. This can include rates of hotel, airline tickets, transport expenses, etc.

2. Methods of Payment

You can pay for the tickets of Dubai Safari Park and other tour packages through your credit card. You will have to provide your credit card details at the time of purchasing the tickets. You can use any major credit card for the same, which includes Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners, and American Express.

3. Confirmation of Payment

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation slip from Rayna Tours in your email. Do not forget to take a printout of the slip to redeem your tour package. It is crucial to provide the right information about your itinerary and other travel arrangements at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

  • Each tour package or ticket available on this website has its own cancellation policies. Therefore, it is important to read the policy of that particular package before you cancel your bookings.
  • If you have booked a combo tour but want to cancel a single tour, you will not be able to avail yourself of the combo offer. In this case, the single tour will be cancelled, and you will have to pay the individual fee of the remaining tour or tours. The rest of the money will be refunded to you.
  • In case you have applied for a visa via this website, you will not be eligible for a refund if you want to cancel your visa application.
  • If you are choosing a combo package, make sure that all the tours in the combo are available. If all the tours are unavailable, you will not get to enjoy the tours and services completely.

4.2 No Show

  • In case of a no-show, i.e., if you fail to show up to redeem the tour, you will not be eligible for any kind of refund, either full or partial. This not only includes entry tickets to Dubai Safari Park or any of the special experiences but also for sightseeing tours, car rentals, and chauffeur-driven services. Moreover, it is not possible to reschedule tours or tickets that are already confirmed.

5. Cancellation Procedures

If you want to cancel a ticket or a tour package, you need to first read the cancellation rules on the cancellation slip. To cancel a tour, you need to send your cancellation request in writing. Once we receive the request, we can confirm the cancellation via telephone, fax, or email. You will have to pay a cancellation fee which will be conveyed to you via email, phone, or fax. Rayna Tours cannot be held responsible for not cancelling a tour or tickets if we do not receive a written cancellation request from you. The cancellation can be deemed final only when you receive confirmation about the same from us.

6. Itinerary Amendments

Itinerary amendments may happen in case of situations like local weather conditions, aircraft schedules, etc. In such a situation, Rayna Tours may offer you a similar tour package, depending on availability. You will be alerted about the changes beforehand. However, it is important to note that Rayna Tours is entitled to make minor changes without the need to provide any kind of reimbursement. Additionally, no reimbursement would be provided in case of natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, etc.

7. Hotel Accommodation and Check-in and Check-Out Policy

If Rayna Tours is not able to find your accommodation in the hotel you prefer, we will try our best to provide you with a similar alternative, as per your preference and budget. However, it is important to note that we do not dictate the terms of the check-in and check-out timings. We cannot be held responsible if the hotel does not accept your early or late check-in and check-out requests.

8. Travel Insurance

It is mandatory to have travel insurance before traveling. Rayna Tours is not responsible in any way if you face any issues or damage due to injury, accident, illness, loss of baggage, or trip cancellation.

9. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the clients to carry their travel documents. This includes a passport and valid ID card. In case you are not able to complete your travel because you do not have the necessary documents, you will not be eligible for a refund.

10. Website Usage Restrictions

All clients of Rayna Tours have the right to explore this website to gather information. However, no one has the right to use any of the information for non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate reasons. All the information available on the website, which includes the images, written content, logo, pricing details, etc., are the sole property of Rayna Tours and Travels.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions mentioned here are legally binding. Any issues, problems, or disputes that arise in connection with the website will be handled as per the UAE laws.
